Costs

Our November 2020 program has been canceled, and a new program is tentatively scheduled for March 2021. Stay tuned for updated program details!

Our program is designed with an eye toward both direct financial costs and indirect opportunity costs. In other words, we know you’re worried about both money and time.

Trinity College, Dublin

We understand the pressure and expense you face when considering a program such as this, whether it’s price or the time spent away from other commitments and responsibilities. Fear not: we are prepared to walk you through all of it.

The base program fee of $2,220 covers all required course materials, in-country programming, in-country ground travel, housing, two meals daily, and a required supplemental insurance policy. A $500 deposit* is required by June 1, 2020, which will apply toward your program fee. Deposits may be paid in installments, and you can claim your spot in the program for as little as $10. Applications and deposit payment information will be available October 8, 2019.

We encourage you to arrange your own travel. You will in most cases realize significant cost savings by arranging your own airfare.

There will be an option to participate in an official group flight through UWA in Ireland’s partner travel agency, details of which will be available in February 2020. Students opting into the official flight will pay a separate seat deposit at that time, and the balance of the airfare charge will be added to the program fee.

Program fee balances will be billed as course fees on your Fall 2020 university account, where they may be covered by financial aid and scholarships. Ask us!

Applications and program deposits will be accepted beginning October 15, 2019, running through March 17, 2020, or until we’ve reached program capacity.

It is not possible to make program fee payments (beyond the $500 deposit) prior to the Fall 2020 billing period.

*program deposits are non-refundable unless the program is cancelled due to low enrollment. Additionally, program fees are non-refundable except in cases of military service or university-related obligations (i.e. varsity athletics). However, should an alternate traveller be accepted and enrolled in the program, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
